Windsurfen begleitet ihn seit seiner Kindheit \u2014 aufgewachsen ist er direkt an der Bucht, in der Geromella heute t\u00e4tig ist. Diese Vertrautheit zeigt sich in der ruhigen und strukturierten Durchf\u00fchrung der Kurse: von klaren Erkl\u00e4rungen an Land bis zur sicheren Betreuung auf dem Wasser.<\/span><\/p>\n

Matija arbeitet besonders h\u00e4ufig mit Einsteigern, Familien und gemischten Gruppen und passt jede Einheit individuell an Bedingungen und Teilnehmer an. G\u00e4ste finden schnell ihren Rhythmus, Fortschritte entstehen nat\u00fcrlich und ohne Druck.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mit \u00fcber zehn Jahren Erfahrung auf dem Wasser begann er fr\u00fch zu unterrichten und entwickelte dadurch einen sehr flexiblen und intuitiven Lehrstil.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sein Coaching ist individuell auf jede Person abgestimmt, unabh\u00e4ngig vom Erfahrungsniveau. Der Fokus liegt auf dem Verst\u00e4ndnis der Bedingungen, dem Gef\u00fchl f\u00fcr den Wind und der sicheren Boardkontrolle. <\/span><\/p>\n
